Although smaller than many commercial caverns, Linville Caverns offers a unique perspective of the intricate workings that have taken place under the ground surface. All tours are guided and last approximately 35-40 minutes … not too tiring for any visitor. Because of our confined space and some low-hanging rocks, we limit the number of people in a tour to no more than 15. Generally, tours depart every 10-15 minutes during our operating hours but will be spaced closer together during our peak season. We apologize for any wait time our visitors may experience on busy days and we appreciate your understanding that there is a limit to the number of people that can access the mountain at any time.
